Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for EME works like sub-station, fire protection, detection and alarm system, electric pump, plumbing and HVAC system.
∎ Identify the needs of the client as per drawing and specifications.
∎ Supervising installation of mechanical equipment, piping works, gas stations, etc.
∎ Checking and ensuring the quality materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each work.
∎ Compare required materials specification with available materials specification in the market, collect certifications and apply for approval.
∎ Oversee the construction of mechanical systems including assisting engineers with complex mechanical drawings; ensure all work complies with clients requirements.
∎ Understanding mechanical drawing, technical specifications, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
∎ Propose and implement improvement to existing procedures and processes.
∎ Support day to day running of the team and coordinating team resources when required.
