Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public or private university (BUET, RUET, KUET, CHUET, DUET are preferable)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, physical rehabilitation, RHD Or LGED, Roads and Highways
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed project management and construction schedules for any construction project.
∎ Directing, monitoring & supervising the construction site works according to the drawing, design and specifications.
∎ Develop & implementing quality system of construction & strengthening the team work.
∎ Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule of excellent quality and within the budget.
∎ To create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly projects plan and action plan both.
∎ To Coordinate and manage Consultants, Employer, Technical Teams, Supervisors etc.
∎ Leading and managing projects, including day to day task allocation and monitoring the project's progress reporting directly to the Superior.
∎ Estimating materials per work and sending to project accounts for requisition.
∎ Co- ordinate with purchase department for materials supply.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned by the management.
