∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Dredging, Construction engineering, Dredger, Mechanical Engineer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lookafter Different Brand(s) cutter suction Dredger Fleet.
∎ Indentify Tenchinical disorder Issues, Trouble Shootings to keep the dredgers in operation.
∎ Carry out detail technical studies and prepare cost estimates.
∎ Apply project management principles throughout works.
∎ Accountable for assigned projects from start to complete.
∎ Complete projects on time by organizing and controlling project elements.
∎ Maintain Project work schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems/disputes.
∎ Strong Communication and Convincing capacity with multiple stakeholders and departments during different stages of the project works.
∎ Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing and make proper recommendations to the management for next course of actions.
∎ Should have strong management capacity to lead a work force team.
∎ Should have the capacity to accept multi task by adjusting from one type of job to another without loss of efficiency.
∎ Maintain up-to-date record of Dredgers Fleet, spares store, future requirement, and project status so as to place before the management as and when asked for.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years experience for maintenance/repairing of marine engines
∎ Sound knowledge in mechanical portion, detectionable knowledge in electrical and hydraulic issues.
∎ Working in Cutter suction dredger will be preferred.
∎ Ability to work with changing requirements and technological advancements.
∎ Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced and sometimes high pressure environment.
∎ Ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions within the boundaries of responsibilities.
∎ Well experienced in computer operation like Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD, Power Point, MS Word etc.
∎ Business communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Able to work under pressure & meet deadline as to be entrusted by management time to time.
