∎ Diploma in Mechanical/ power Engineering.
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Unique Cement Industries Ltd, Meghnaghat, Sonargaon, Narayongonj.
∎ Reporting to: AGM (Operation).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting departmental head in planning & monitoring the operations of the (Packing Section).
∎ Meeting the packing targets within the agreed budget.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the cement bags based on brand and also ensuring the packing & delivery within the acceptable quality parameters in every packers, bulkers & barze loader.
∎ Ensuring the efficiency & output of every packer, bulker & barze loader.
∎ Ensuring the quality of empty bag & control the bag busting within target parameters.
∎ Maintaining liaison with various functional teams during the shift to achieve targets.
∎ Ensuring the targeted efficiency parameters: Power consumption / Tn cement dispatched, Cost of cement packing / Tn, Minimize the demurrage.
∎ Assisting the management in developing long term & short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ Assisting in developing & implementing SOP for the smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Assisting departmental head in imparting necessary training to improve the productivity & operational efficiency.
∎ Ensuring the house keeping & cleanliness of the plant / machineries are properly maintained.
∎ Performing any other responsibility as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 08 years for Diploma and 05 years for Bsc Engineering.
