Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
∎ BSC or Diploma Engineer( Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform troubleshooting of electrical and electronics component like PLC, PFI unit, VCB, ACB, VFD, Alternator, motor etc.
∎ Perform troubleshooting of instrumentation device like flow transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature sensor, pneumatic control valve etc.
∎ Carries out all required operational changes, safety inspections and procedures, Spark plug replace, Tapped clearance adjust, boiler blow down, chemical tests, feed water analysis, SCADA control etc.
∎ Perform and supervise all kinds of Electrical &Mechanical works including installation, maintenance, repair, renovation and modification.
∎ Advise Plant Head on the issues of production, operation and revenue that may help to attain company goal and objective.
∎ Ensures the maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivated so that the maintenance programmed can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost- effective manner.
∎ Solve Problem on power system, system network, and distribution system, parallel operation of Generators, EGB, and Chiller & WTP.
∎ Responsible for materials/spares management, inventory control and manpower management Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment such as generators, pumps, and compressors in order to prevent equipment failure or deterioration.
∎ Perform full or partial Gas engine overhauls and maintenance Identify and execute modifications to Gas engines and Boiler.
∎ Dismantles and repairs defective equipment or engine, or replaces defective parts, and reassembles equipment, using hand tools.
∎ Develops new and improved operating and reporting systems and procedures. Should be Establish a good line of communication with all Powerhouse personnel.
∎ Maintain Health, Safety & Environmental compliance requirements in own areas of responsibilities and coach own team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in plant Operation and Maintenance of Generator / EGB /chiller will be an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge of GE Jenbacher Engines, Broad chiller and heat recovery boiler (aprovis) operating will be an advantage.
∎ Previous experience of working in similar environment with similar role responsibilities.
