∎ Experience in civil engineering roles with proven project delivery success.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop project execution plans aligned with budget, scope, and timeline.
∎ Drive revenue generation through strategic project delivery and cost optimization.(TCQ).
∎ Oversee site activities ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.(ILO, BNBC, NEC/IEC, NFPA std).
∎ Manage contractor performance ensuring adherence to project specifications PWD std.
∎ Conduct technical evaluations to ensure optimal material and design selection.
∎ Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges proactively.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and legal standards.
∎ Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
∎ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
∎ Manage cost control measures to optimize project budget utilization.
∎ Report project performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
