Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/Power Engineering.
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting departmental head in planning and monitoring the operations of the (Grinding Section).
∎ Meeting the production targets within the agreed budget.
∎ Ensuring quality of the finished cement products within the acceptable quality parameters.
∎ Maintaining liaison with various functional teams during the shift to achieve targets.
∎ Ensuring the cement is produced within targeted efficiency parameters: Power Consumption/Ton cement produced, Power consumption/Ton cement dispatched, Cost of cement produced/Ton Minimize the demurrage.
∎ Assisting the management in developing long term and short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ Assisting in developing and implementing SOP for smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Assisting departmental head in imparting necessary training to improve the productivity and operational efficiency.
∎ Ensuring the house keeping and cleanliness of the plant/machineries are properly maintained.
