∎ Strong planning, organizational and stock management skills.
∎ Excellent skill set of leadership, team management and communication.
∎ Proficiency in distribution management software and tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines for all depot activities.
∎ Arrange timely transportation of stocks using owned or hired trucks.
∎ Ensure on time delivery
∎ Manage and monitor distribution expenses within budget
∎ Maintain 100% inventory and batch accuracy
∎ Maintain optimal inventory levels for uninterrupted supply.
∎ Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and monitor truck movements via vehicle tracking software.
∎ Facilitate urgent product dispatch through courier services.
∎ Approve depot expense bills and arrange to maintain petty cash
∎ Ensure timely updates of licenses and vehicle documents.
∎ Prepare monthly reports on stock, truck activity, and delivery metrics.
∎ Coordinate the return of expired/damaged products for investigation or destruction.
∎ Develop depot personnel and ensure swift delivery of specialized products (e.g., Oncology & Cold Chain).
∎ Maintain depot safety, security, and networking with local authorities.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
