Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain quotation & ensure delivery for promotional printing materials, gift items, stationery printing, advertising printing material & various items for all business & departments.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of office stationery materials for all businesses & departments.
∎ Timely distribute the all kinds of promotional printing & digital printing materials specification to the established supplier.
∎ Timely collection quotation, negotiation & prepare C.S.
∎ Coordinate with Finance Department for vetting incentive circular to ensure gift items procurement.
∎ Cost analysis for all kinds of promotional and printing materials.
∎ Negotiation with supplier for reduce the price of all kinds of promotional material & other items.
∎ Follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Issuing purchase order & hand over to supplier for timely delivery.
∎ Developing alternative source for run the business smoothly.
∎ Prepare approved vendor list for promotional printing, gift item, event management & others.
∎ Supplier / Factory Visit.
∎ Monthly report preparing & presentation.
∎ Digitalization of supplier information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Design / Printing / Publishing
Salary: Negotiable
