Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interpret any kind of design-drawings and synchronize Steel-Structure, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical Design-Drawings to figure out construction requirements.
∎ Assist Procurement Team in preparing work orders and selecting sub-contractors, suppliers & vendors.
∎ Review the new projects in detail to prepare Work Plan, Estimate of Materials & Costs.
∎ Follow up timely delivery of materials & resources at site.
∎ Perform regular field visits to review construction progress, QC process, material inventory, forecast upcoming requirements in writing as weekly report.
∎ Employment Status: Full Time (As per project)

∎ Seeking a very dynamic and hardworking graduate civil engineer preferably from Public Universities having required experience in planning, budgeting & managing government/private construction projects.
