Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc/Diploma in Civil Engineering from any renowned Institute/ university (Public/ Private).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Expertise in Checking the Tekla Model, Erections drawings, Assembly drawings and Part drawings.
∎ Should be conversant with Tekla Modelling also.
∎ Experience in Editing the Erections drawings, Assembly drawings and Part drawings.
∎ Candidate must have proper knowledge on steel structure, Factory building rules and proper visualization.
∎ Sound knowledge of AISC standards of structural steel detailing.
∎ Hands-on experience in Preparing 3D Model, Drawings, Editing, GA Creation, TQ/RFI Preparation and managing delivery schedules.
∎ Reviews contract documents and requirements.
∎ Interpret and incorporate approval comments, design changes and other revisions into the scope of the project.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Minimum 15-year(s) experience in Steel Detailing Checking.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must have experience in larger project and to to handle projects independently.
∎ Sound Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
∎ Knowledge of Tekla Structures, CAD & AutoCAD, any other software with animation capability will be an additional advantage.
∎ Excellent Analytical skills and Excellent oral, written, English communication skills.
