Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execution of Factory’s administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities and report to higher management in timely manner.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the factory.
∎ Follow-up the functionalities of HR/Admin/Compliance.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation in and out of the factory.
∎ To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, Industrial Police, FSCD, Labor office, Titas gas, BERC, BGMEA).
∎ Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the factory .
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin issues.
∎ Have to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
∎ Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
∎ Utilization of all human resources properly by ensuring 100% efficiency.
∎ Support to all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/WRAP/Environment/OCS/GRS/GOTS and other Certification Audits)
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, first party & third-party social compliance audit Follow up civil construction & mechanical maintenance issues
∎ Preparation / Issue office order & circular in respect of Admin issues.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
