Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor in Architecture/Civil Engineering at any reputed Institute/University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for producing high quality project design. Must work on all phases of development including pre-design, design development.
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch Up, Sections, and Elevations, as per requirements of the Project.
∎ Proficient in AutoCAD,3D, 3D MAX, Animation, Planning, Conceptual, Drafting, Problem Solving.
∎ Check and finalize authority drawings and submit for necessary approval.
∎ Ensure work done of site as per design & drawing.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by mangement.
∎ Estimating of works quantities from drawings and preparing material and cost estimation of projects at any level of work.
∎ Able to prepare of work plan. monitoring works assignment of company personnel and contractors.
∎ Arranging to send all contractor's bills to Headoffice by actual measurement of project.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of material quantities,qualities, etc.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Design/Planning/Printing/Publishing, Engineering Firms.
∎ Additional Job Requirements

∎ Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Coral
∎ Draw, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Software.
