∎ If any one have IEB Membership will get some preference.
∎ Expertise on exterior and interior will get some preference.
∎ Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship within the team.
∎ Good communication skills with capability to liaise with consultant, contractors and work with a multi-disciplinary team.
∎ Time Management .

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Auto CAD Drawing
∎ 3D Visualizations for Exterior & Interior Design by Sketchup,3D Studio Max With V-ray Render, Lumion, Enscape or Equivalent software.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other duties assigned by the management.
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Client Meeting.
∎ Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Drawing & Design.
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect & Manage project independently.
∎ Undertake the responsibility of project completion.
∎ Set costs and project fees according to budget.
∎ Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ All other duties & responsibilities assigned upon you by the Management time to time.
