∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, Communication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, expenditures and construction plan.
∎ Preparation and analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings;
∎ Coordinate with Consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
∎ Bill preparation & checking of the contractor/vendors
∎ Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing, Fire detection & Protection, Interior designers etc.
∎ The project manager is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, managing resources, and monitoring progress.
