Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design Leadership & Project Coordination: Lead the design process from concept to construction documentation while collaborating with engineering, construction, and project management teams to develop plans, specifications, and timelines.
∎ Client Interaction & Problem-Solving: Understand client needs, present design concepts, make adjustments, and address any design-related challenges promptly.
∎ Technical Documentation & 3D Visualization: Prepare detailed working drawings and realistic 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant software.
∎ Material Selection & Budget Management: Source suitable materials, consider sustainability, and prepare accurate cost estimates while negotiating with contractors.
∎ Site Supervision & Compliance: Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, ensure quality standards, and comply with BNBC, NFPA, and local codes.
∎ High-Rise Design & Furniture Layouts: Design interiors and exteriors for high-rise buildings like hospitals, hotels, and commercial complexes, including furniture layouts and fixtures.
∎ Team Leadership & Reporting: Lead design meetings, assign tasks, maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management.
∎ Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, innovative design practices, and sustainable solutions.
