∎ TZ Interior Studio is a prominent interior and construction company based in Bangladesh, specializing in providing exceptional design and planning services, custom solutions, furniture and décor, restaurant solutions, as well as factory and industry projects.
∎ We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer with expertise in Planning, Contracting, and Estimation to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and executing project plans efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and meticulously review contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to construction projects.
∎ Thoroughly examine all designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring strict adherence to project standards.
∎ Oversee the execution of project tasks carried out by subordinates, contractors, vendors, and external agencies, as needed.
∎ Develop comprehensive construction plans and schedules to streamline project timelines.
∎ Monitor project costs and expenses, meticulously prepare accurate billing documents, and review and approve invoices.
∎ Supervise project activities to ensure top-notch quality, adherence to design specifications, and timely problem-solving.
∎ Foster internal coordination with design, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
