Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and motivated Speech & Language Therapist to join our therapy team. The ideal candidate will assess and treat children with speech, language, communication, social, and feeding difficulties using evidence-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments.

• Prepare well-structured assessment reports with clear therapy goals and recommendations.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.

• Work with children with ASD, ADHD, Downs Syndrome, Speech Delay, Childhood Apraxia, Stuttering, Autism-related communication deficits, and developmental delays.

• Design and implement therapy plans focused on: Expressive & receptive language, Articulation & phonological errors, Fluency & stuttering, AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication)

• Guide parents with home programs, communication strategies, and behavior support.

• Work collaboratively with OT, psychology, special education, and school teams to ensure unified goals.

• Update therapy plans periodically and revise goals based on progress.
