Education:
∎ For Specialist: MBBS and FCPS/MS recognized by the BMDC. Preference for candidates with post-graduation experience.Candidates with a 2-year diploma and 1-year experience post-diploma are also considered.
∎ For Registrar: MBBS from a recognized institution or equivalent as recognized by BMDC. Having Part 1/Phase A in FCPS/MS (Orthopedics) with five years' experience or D-Ortho with two years' experience post-completion.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Complete daily in-patient rounds before consultant rounds, documenting case sheets and progress notes.
∎ Provide and monitor treatment plans as advised by consultants.
∎ Order and ensure completion of necessary investigations and cross referrals.
∎ Actively participate in Ortho & Trauma OPD patient management.
∎ Assess patients on admission and counsel them on disease processes and treatment schedules, including surgeries.
∎ Offer comprehensive medical and surgical care for orthopedic conditions, including preoperative, intra-operative, and postoperative care.
∎ Perform physical assessments, diagnostic imaging, and surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures.
∎ Assist in preparing operating rooms and consulting with patients and medical professionals about treatments.
∎ Attend clinical meetings, CME workshops, and present papers.
∎ Handle on-call duties, assess emergency patients, and develop treatment plans, including surgical interventions.
