Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to identify potential health issues.
∎ Analyze test results and medical data to provide accurate diagnoses, assess overall health, and identify risk factors.
∎ Communicate medical assessments and recommendations to patients in a clear, empathetic manner, addressing any concerns or queries.
∎ Develop tailored health improvement plans based on individual assessments, including preventive measures, lifestyle changes, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
∎ Oversee the coordination and scheduling of appointments for the Executive Health Check-Up, ensuring seamless service for corporate clients.
∎ Provide medical consultations for staff, including managing sick leave requests and issuing recommendations on fitness for duty after recovery from illness or injury.
∎ Offer first aid and emergency medical care for acute health issues that arise during office hours (walk-in clinic).
∎ Refer patients to specialists/subspecialty as needed, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The Specialist/Registrar will take charge of the Executive Health Check-Up, Vaccination, and Staff Clinic, all within the same facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient, seamless, and high-quality delivery of healthcare services to both corporate clients and hospital staff. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing medical evaluations, and ensuring compliance with hospital standards for check-ups, vaccinations, and staff consultations. The role also involves promoting staff well-being through proactive health management and effective sick leave protocols.
