Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Executive – Spare Parts for its Hemayetpur 3S Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing spare parts sales, inventory control, and timely availability of parts to support after-sales service operations, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily spare parts operations, ensuring smooth availability and distribution at the 3S Center.
Monitor spare parts inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely availability of required spare parts.
Achieve assigned spare parts sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts receipts, issues, sales, and stock movements.
Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete spare parts to optimize inventory.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic arrangement of spare parts in the warehouse.
Handle customer inquiries, recommend appropriate spare parts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the central spare parts team for ordering, delivery, and stock reconciliation.
Prepare periodic spare parts sales, inventory, and performance reports for management review.
