Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Engineering (IPE/EEE preferred) from any reputed university.
∎ Those who have completed sourcing courses relevant to supply chain management will also be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Procurement, Product sourcing, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Grocery shop, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
∎ Product sourcing from local and foreign sources in accordance with company policies and requirements.
∎ Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
∎ Manage supplier relationships and maintain a strategic sourcing network.
∎ Monitor and optimize the procurement process to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and supply chain management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the line authority or the Hon’ble Management Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills.
∎ Knowledge of sourcing strategies and supply chain best practices.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ In-depth knowledge of local and foreign sourcing.
∎ Should have strong local and overseas supplier connections and the capability of sourcing new suppliers.
