∎ B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering / Relevant from any Public University (e.g., BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, DUET, IUT, MIST).
∎ Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain / Industrial Production / Automotive Technology will be considered a plus.

∎ Hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor development, or procurement—preferably in the automotive, EV, or manufacturing sector.Experience working with technical drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing SOPs.
∎ Strong understanding of EV components and manufacturing technologies.
∎ Familiarity with engineering tools: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
∎ Strong technical documentation and vendor management abilities.
∎ Adaptability in fast-paced startup environments.
∎ Hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor development, or procurement—preferably in the automotive, EV, or manufacturing sector.

∎ Source and procure components for electric vehicle production: motors, batteries, controllers, chassis, sensors, etc.
∎ Identify, assess, and negotiate with local and international vendors.
∎ Ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of critical components.
∎ Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to match specifications with suppliers.
∎ Maintain and update vendor database and technical documentation.
∎ Perform technical evaluation and support product development through prototyping and supplier development.
∎ Monitor market trends for EV parts and suggest innovations or sourcing improvements.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Authority or Management Authority aligned with organizational needs.
