∎ Experience in sourcing/procurement/vendor management in any of the following industries:
∎ Luggage and Bags
∎ Chocolate or Food Processing
∎ Furniture / Wood-based Products
∎ FMCG or Light Manufacturing
∎ Food Packaging

∎ Others:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Source raw materials and production components for multiple product lines (e.g., PU leather, fabrics, zippers, packaging, chocolate ingredients, wood, machinery, etc.)
∎ Develop and manage supplier relationships both locally and internationally.
∎ Conduct cost analysis, vendor evaluation, and quality assessment.
∎ Ensure timely procurement and inventory control aligned with production targets.
∎ Collaborate with R&D, production, and design teams to ensure supplier specs match product requirements.
∎ Maintain technical and commercial documentation for procurement.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing materials and components for luggage and bags, chocolates, furniture, and related product lines. You will play a vital role in establishing and streamlining the supply chain of a fast-growing company.
