∎ Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to meet production needs.
∎ Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to ensure the procured items meet specifications.
∎ Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies regarding sourcing and procurement.
∎ Prepare sourcing reports and analyze market trends to provide strategic input to the management.
