Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS with updated BMDC registration and postgraduate degree in Ultrasonography/ imaging is mandatory. (Sonologist who are currently in service can also apply).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide consultancy services especially for Gynae & Obstetric patients at OPD of SMC Clinic or SMC Niltara Clinic in accordance with the policies and guidelines of SMC Clinic Operations.
∎ Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel for ensuring high quality services and patient satisfaction.
∎ The Sonologist will perform 3 hours duty at morning shift (preferably from 9 am ) and 3 hours duty at evening shift (preferable from 6pm) and 6 days a week (except Friday and Govt. holiday).
∎ Refer patients to other healthcare specialists as needed.
∎ Ensure maintaining standard quality of services and required expert diagnostic skills, empathetic and compassionate
∎ Ensure confidentiality of information at all times.
∎ Record and update patients' medical histories, reports, examination results in software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be proficient in Vascular Doppler, Thyroid, and Anomaly Scan, TVS, Musculoskeletal Ultrasound or any other parts of human organ with high quality of USG report.
∎ Age may be relaxed for suitable candidate but preferably below 60.
∎ At least 3 years' working experience as a Sonologist.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Expert diagnostic skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Empathetic and compassionate.
