Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS, Diploma in Ultrasound & As per Rules and Regulations of the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) also.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic sonographic examination.
∎ Use cognitive skills to identify, record and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological diagnostic information and images.
∎ Use independent judgment during the sonographic examination to accurately differentiate between normal and pathological findings.
∎ Perform analysis of sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history and communicate findings to the appropriate physician
∎ Assume responsibility for the safety, mental and physical comfort of patients while they are in the sonographer's care
∎ Establish and maintain ethical working relationships and good report with all interrelating hospitals, referral or commercial agencies.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Detailed job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 Years of Experience in the respective fields
∎ Ability to examine the patient sincerely and carefully to produce accurate report.
∎ Ability to effectively operate sonographic equipment.
∎ Ability to evaluate, synthesize and communicate diagnostic information to the attending physician.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with the public and health care team.
∎ Ability to work efficiently and cope with emergency situation.
∎ Deeply self-motivated to increase level of understanding and knowledge of the field. disease and new procedure as they evolve.
