∎ Candidate having BMDC registration.
∎ Having certificate of Diploma in Medical Ultrasound DMU with B.sc / M.sc / M.Phil. (Radiology & Imaging).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SKS Hospital is looking for a qualified Sonologist Consultant to join our team and take on the role of facilitating the treatment and Ultra sonography of patients.
∎ Performing Ultrasound Examinations: Conducting ultrasound procedures on patients to produce images of internal organs, tissues, and blood flow to aid in diagnosis.
∎ Patient Preparation: Preparing patients for ultrasound procedures, explaining the process, and ensuring their comfort and safety during the examination.
∎ Operating Equipment: Skillfully operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images.
∎ Image Analysis: Analyzing ultrasound images and providing preliminary findings to physicians or specialists.
∎ Documentation: Accurately recording patient information, procedure details, and findings in medical records. Collaboration: Working closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret results and determine the next steps in patient care.
∎ Patient Care: Providing compassionate care and support to patients, addressing their concerns, and answering questions related to the procedure.
∎ Quality Control: Ensuring the quality and safety of ultrasound procedures by following established protocols and guidelines.
∎ Continual Learning: Staying updated with advancements in ultrasound technology and medical knowledge through continuous education and training.
∎ Compliance: Adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, including patient confidentiality and safety regulations.
