Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and implement solar power systems for government and non-government projects.
∎ Develop detailed solar system designs, taking into account factors like location, climate, available space, and energy requirements.
∎ Determine the appropriate type of solar technology (PV or solar thermal) and components (inverters, batteries, trackers) for specific projects.
∎ Identify and target government agencies, municipalities, and private organizations with potential solar project opportunities.
∎ Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
∎ Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to secure new solar project contracts.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with government authorities to understand project requirements and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
∎ Manage all aspects of solar system installation, including site assessment, equipment selection, and system integration.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical expertise to support project proposals and planning.
∎ Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our company and identify potential leads.
∎ Stay informed about government tenders, incentives, and regulations related to solar energy projects.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to execute project tasks efficiently.
