Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Planning and Execution:
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
∎ Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design and feasibility studies to final commissioning.
∎ Engineering and Design Oversight:
∎ Review and refine system designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
∎ Coordinate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and efficiency.
∎ Procurement Management:
∎ Source and manage procurement of solar panels, inverters, cables, and other components.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Construction Oversight:
∎ Supervise on-site construction teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
∎ Resolve technical and logistical issues during installation.
∎ Stakeholder Coordination:
∎ Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
∎ Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
∎ Compliance and Documentation:
∎ Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
∎ Maintain thorough project documentation and as-built records.
