Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors.
∎ Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and other key stakeholders.
∎ Developing detailed project plans to track progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
∎ Identifying and procuring all necessary resources to complete the project within budget and on schedule.
∎ Managing day-to-day project activities and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
∎ Monitoring project progress and performance against established metrics and KPIs
∎ Preparing regular project status reports and share them with all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Facilitating communication and collaboration among all project team members.
∎ Anticipating and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
∎ Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
∎ Coordinate with external partners and suppliers as needed.
∎ Close out the project according to established procedures and hand off all project documentation to the client.
∎ Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret contract and insurance documents and forms, and make appropriate recommendations.
∎ Background in project start-up meetings, subcontractor and vendor buyouts, owner estimates, sub / vendor requisitions and cost to completes.
∎ Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget close.
∎ Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from senior leadership, team members, and peers.
∎ Entrepreneurial with a well-rounded business perspective.
∎ Ability to travel 25% with short overnight trips.
∎ Grounding any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on solar projects

∎ Proven track record of successful project delivery from start to finish
∎ Working knowledge of solar PV systems design and installation
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills
∎ Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills a must.
∎ Has a solid time management system and demonstrates excellent organizational skills.
∎ Working Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, software with experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
