∎ Renewable Energy certifications or technical training on solar technology are a plus
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in solar system design and installation
∎ Proven experience with rooftop, net metering, and irrigation-based solar systems
∎ Previous work experience handling corporate or industrial clients is essential
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Expertise in solar design software like PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of solar components: MPPT/PWM controllers, hybrid inverters, lithium/lead-acid battery banks
∎ Capable of conducting technical troubleshooting and repair
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English (both spoken and written)
∎ Valid motorcycle license (preferred for site visits)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, install, and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solar systems.
∎ Execute complete Rooftop Solar installations for both residential and commercial clients.
∎ Perform Net Metering integration as per government standards.
∎ Design and implement Solar Irrigation Systems for agricultural use.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair solar systems and components, including inverters, panels, batteries, and controllers.
∎ Conducted site surveys and feasibility studies and prepared technical proposals.
∎ Manage corporate clients: schedule visits, assess requirements, provide consultations, and secure orders.
∎ Coordinate and lead technical teams for on-site installations and maintenance.
∎ Maintain regular client follow-ups and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Job Context:
∎ ATES International Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Solar Engineer who can independently manage the full spectrum of solar energy projects, including rooftop, on-grid, off-grid, hybrid systems, irrigation projects, net metering, and solar repairs. The ideal candidate must be capable of working hands-on and communicating professionally with corporate clients to secure orders and manage long-term relationships.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Design, install, and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid solar systems.

∎ Working Hours:
∎ Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour Lunch Break)
∎ Special Note: Working days and hours are flexible and will be determined based on project requirements.
