Required Skills & Expertise

Core Development

Strong hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel & OOP.

Good working knowledge of Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3.Practical experience with Inertia.js, Alpine.js & Bootstrap.

Strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL, database design and relationships.

Experience in developing RESTful APIs and API integrations.

Good understanding of MVC architecture, authentication, authorization, roles and permissions.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, clean coding and problem-solving skills.

Job Context

DADA (Dhaka) Ltd. is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Software Engineer / Full Stack Web Developer to join our IT team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving the company’s internal web-based business applications.

The role will involve bug fixing, feature development, application maintenance, deployment and development of new business solutions, including future ERP and enterprise applications.

The candidate should be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of software development tasks, from requirement analysis and database design to development, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance web-based business applications using PHP, Laravel and Vue.js.

• Understand existing codebases and take ownership of assigned applications.

• Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues and performance problems.

• Develop new features and modules based on business requirements.

• Design and maintain MySQL databases, relationships and SQL queries.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

• Work with Inertia.js, Alpine.js and Bootstrap as required.

• Manage source code and development workflow using Git/GitHub.

• Deploy, configure and maintain applications on web hosting and in-house/local server environments.

• Ensure application security, performance, reliability and maintainability.

• Work with management/users to understand requirements and convert business processes into practical software solutions.

• Participate in the development of ERP, business automation and other internal software solutions.

• Use AI-assisted development tools effectively for coding, debugging, refactoring, research and development productivity.

• Provide ongoing technical support, maintenance and improvements for existing and newly developed applications.
