Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor social media channels and the Facebook Page for user-generated content, comments, and messages.
∎ Engage with followers by responding promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries.
∎ Enforce community guidelines to uphold a positive and respectful online environment.
∎ Identify and address inappropriate or offensive content, escalating issues as necessary.
∎ Collaborate with the social media team to develop strategies for community engagement and growth.
∎ Generate reports on community feedback, trends, and issues for management review.
∎ Assist in the creation and management of social media content, including scheduling posts and publishing updates.
∎ Stay informed about our organization's products, services, and industry to provide accurate information and support to followers.
∎ Proven experience in social media management or moderation.
∎ Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing principles.
