∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Diploma in Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Overall SMT board machine servicing and installation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Process, SMT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform defect and failure analyses for Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
∎ Lead improvements in process yield, quality, cycle time, inventory accuracy and delivery.
∎ Lead a team of SMT Machine Operators and Process Technicians.
∎ Preparing proper demand list for all kind of consumable items.
∎ Production scheduling based on demand planning.
∎ Solder Paste Stencil Design
∎ Balancing And Optimizing SMT lines
∎ Manpower control and allocation according to process.
∎ Setup new product in SMT process & make working instruction and inspection standard.
∎ Ensure the performance of all SMT equipment and measuring equipment.
∎ Find out root cause problem and solution on SMT process & ensure the production quality in production field.
∎ Coordinating with ODM supplier to resolve all technical issues.
∎ Coordinating SMT components rework process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having Proper Knowledge of All kinds machines of SMT process.
∎ Good communication skill in English is must.
∎ Minimum 1-2 years' experience on SMT Production is must.
