Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed Polytechnic Institute.
∎ Skills Required: Building Construction, Calculation of RCC and Steel Structure, High rise with Basement Building Construction Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise construction and other works according to the approved drawing and design.
∎ To prepare a work schedule and monitor project works according to the schedule.
∎ Coordinate the projects and follow up on the work progress according to the construction plans in collaboration with the project in charge, Architect, Structural Engineer, and other responsible persons.
∎ To analyze project costs and prepare BoQ.
∎ To ensure safety and security measures that are arranged for maintenance at project sites.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly progress reports and submit them to the concerned Head.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by In-charge/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have experience in construction site work.
∎ Should have the ability to handle project work individually.
∎ Should have the ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Must have strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Should be energetic, confident, proactive and assertive.
∎ Should have a sound command of MS Office programs.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
