Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that project work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation & maintenance manuals, drawings and other specifications.
∎ Coordinate and manager all site activities of site staff, sub-contractors, traders and suppliers and ensure timely response to project requirements.
∎ Participate in site coordination meetings with Project Manager, Engineers, Architects, Subcontractors, Suppliers etc.
∎ Refer all requests for design changes to the project manager and obtain necessary approvals prior to carrying out the work.
∎ Coordinate design issues with project manager and client representatives as per requirement.
∎ Ensure that only current drawings and documents are being used at sites and preserve the superseded drawings separately.
∎ Make sure each person working in site is signing in the site attendance register.
∎ Coordinate purchasing of materials and equipments for site use as per requirement.
∎ Ensure that as per specification accurate quantity of materials and equipment are delivered to site, safely handled and stored in proper place.
∎ Monitor sub-contractors performance and report to the Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in completing sub-contractor appraisals.
∎ Ensure safe working practices are adhered by the site personnel at all stages of the project works.
∎ Any other works assigned by the Project Manager / Supervisor.

∎ Age at least 32 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
