Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close supervision of all running work of the project.
∎ Preparation and planning for the next day works.
∎ Communicate with the project manager/assign person for necessary assistance and technical support.
∎ Communicate with the purchase & operation department for materials and other support related to the project.
∎ Communicate with the contractors regularly.
∎ Landowner and client co-ordination.
∎ Follow-up work schedule.
∎ Preparation of Bill of quantity & estimate of every different item of works.
Salary: Negotiable
