Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputed university with minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in Electrical works for Building/ Housing Construction Projects.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Electrical procedures for power supply and electrification.
∎ Assist Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project timescales.
∎ Negotiating and fixing contractors for various HT, LT and LV works.
∎ Checking electrical design specifications and technical drawings.
∎ Organizing routine service schedules.
∎ Making sure all projects are fit for purpose as per drawings issued.
∎ Monitoring third party contractors & suppliers.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers and purchase items at optimum cost.
∎ Attending meetings and giving presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1- 2 years of experience.
∎ Experience in real estate sector will be an added advantage
∎ Sincere, hardworking. Having good communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, mature, tenacious and self-driven.
∎ Must be very personable and presentable.
