Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma/B.Sc. Engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering (NAME) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Dredging, Dredging Planning Monitoring, Implementation of Dredging Projects, Project Management, Survey of Dredging work.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management, Scheduling, Project planning and Supervision of dredging, protective work etc.
∎ Prepare planning of work proper progresses of the projects, monitoring the project progresses and taking action plans depending upon the needs.
∎ Find out ways for cost minimization and cost-efficient material as well as work methods.
∎ Make sure the company’s policy, plan, objective and procedures understood.
∎ Report to the top management on performance of project works progress, management system etc.
∎ Review sub contractor’s works management system, sub-contractors bill, works quality and progress etc.
∎ Solving complexities of the project solve local problem and communicate top management.
∎ Survey inspection, review and analysis of project cost, review of project accounts and store maintenance etc.
∎ Insure of project works quality control, safety and quality.
∎ Coordination sub-contractor works program, documents and BOQ clarification.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ IHC (Netherland) dredging engine experienced preferable
∎ Minimum 8 years relevant experience as a Site In-Charge in any dredging company
∎ Leadership Quality and experience of work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills and convincing personality.
∎ Strong skills of identifying opportunities and turn the same into reality.
∎ Ability and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Highly motivated with good time management skills.
∎ Energetic, hardworking and flexible.
∎ Good over computer skills: MS office, E-mail, Internet browsing, Report writing, Power point presentation etc.
