Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing team schedules effectively.
∎ Reporting to the Project Manager (Follow guideline).
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion.
∎ To understand the technical requirements and detail drawings and be able to explain the same to others.
∎ Work closely with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors.
∎ To prepare the required material list at the site.
∎ Check site work status and approve contractor payments.
∎ Ensure all drawings and information relating to the post holder's area of work are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.
∎ Establish, maintain, and build good relations with clients as well as their representatives and ensure other sub-contractors do likewise.
∎ Fulfil the role of mentor as and when required.
∎ Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to develop the business.
∎ Ensure material requisitions are issued in the proper time to achieve the desired result.
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
∎ Complete site diaries daily.
∎ To handle material effectively.
∎ Supervise labor to ensure proper finishing of work.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
