Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Architecture
∎ Skills Required: Autocad 2d, Knowledge how to see drawing., Measurement, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Project Manager (Follow guidelines).
∎ Undertake design project from concept to completion.
∎ To understand the technical requirements and detailed drawings and be able to explain the same to others.
∎ Managing team schedules effectively.
∎ Work closely with clients, consultants, designers, contractors, and vendors.
∎ Prepare the required material list at the site.
∎ Check site work status and approve contractor payments.
∎ Ensure all drawings and information relating to the post holder's area of work are accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.
∎ Ensure quality control and testing of work and materials are carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.
∎ Establish, maintain, and build good relations with clients as well as their representatives and ensure other sub-contractors do likewise.
∎ Fulfill the role of mentor as and when required.
∎ Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to develop the business.
∎ Ensure material requisitions are issued at the proper time to achieve the desired result.
∎ Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
∎ Complete site diaries daily.
∎ To handle material effectively.
∎ Supervise labor to ensure the proper finishing of work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in communication and ability to work with a team.

Salary: Negotiable
