Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Construction or similar from government and government approved educational institutions
∎ Preference will be given to members of the Institute of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Our organization will hire a skilled site engineer with leadership qualities. The site engineer`s responsibilities include managing the various parts of the construction project, supervising the crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, monitoring health and safety standards, and compiling reports for various stakeholders
∎ To be successful as a Site Engineer, you must demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Outstanding candidates should demonstrate a great work ethic and improve under pressure

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand all construction drawings and accordingly drawings should execute in the field.
∎ Able to prepare the estimate of all the civil construction work from the drawings.
∎ Field-based site supervision and management of large construction works.
∎ Perform regular quality check.
∎ Measure amounts and produce a bill of quantity Supervise and manage contractors labors Lead and manage contractors labors.
∎ Follow the guidance of the site manager and above.
∎ Working ability under the pressure
∎ To coordinate with Consulting Engineer /Architect for smooth execution of the project.
∎ To prepare BOQ, work schedule etc.
∎ Time to time follow up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC.
∎ To prepare a material consumption statement.
∎ To prepare project progress plans & make regular monitoring of actual progress of the project.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Collect information, compile reports and present them to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Explain the work on the site and make arrangements for the necessary repercussions.
∎ Completing work quality assurance and reporting regularly to superiors.
∎
