∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Applicants from BUET, CUET, KUET & RUET will be given preference.
∎ Proficient in construction management-related software, including AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee large-scale building construction / any kind of infrastructure projects from start to finish.
∎ Manage planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and overall project execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
∎ Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers, site workers, and subcontractors.
∎ Review and analyze BOQs, work schedules, project plans, and progress reports.
∎ Prepare and assess project estimates and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
∎ Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.
∎ Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and other relevant departments.
∎ Lead the project team to meet project goals and deliverables.
∎ Identify and address potential risks and safety issues on-site.
∎ Provide technical support and contribute to cost and price calculations for the project.
∎ Experience working on BIWTA, BWDB, PWD, LGED, World Bank, JICA, ADB, or other foreign-funded building projects will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
