Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing Plan & Design, CAD Drawings, Prepare Project Estimate, Site Supervision, Provide Construction Consultation to Client & Landowner, Manage Contractors & Site Employees, Daily Report to Company Manager, Solving the Issues and Problems etc.
∎ In charge of Construction Project site management.
∎ Ensure working progress according to architectural plan/design and building standards & Compliance.
∎ Complete the project work and handover within the deadline.
∎ Contribute to building a safety culture & contributes to achieve “Zero accidents”
∎ Contributes to implementation of safety relevant principles, standards, rules and procedures
∎ Working Hours: 9:00～18:00 (Friday Holiday only)
