Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall construction site
∎ Check of Suppliers and contractor's bills.
∎ Check the advance and adjustment of project expenses.
∎ Meeting with authority and discuss work & design
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
∎ Supervising construction staff
∎ Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
∎ Ensuring that health and safety issues of the staff.
∎ To supervise and execute construction of building project including Pile, Basement, Super Structure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the Project as Per Drawing.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality with performance.
∎ Reporting about the Progress of the Project to the Head of Construction.
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department that is involved in the Project.
∎ Responsible to complete Project work within the Schedule time.
∎ Ensuring quality of Construction Materials.
∎ Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
