Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Engr. / Diploma Engr. (Civil) from any reputed University or Institution.
Job Context:
∎ Well Reputed Pre-Fabricated Steel Building Company.
∎ We are looking for some young, dynamic and energetic people for the Site Engineering department who must have at least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Job Location: Project-based anywhere in Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange mobilization & site preparation works
∎ Budget, estimating & application to project
∎ Implementation of work at sites of prefabricated steel building
∎ Estimation of materials and all kinds of project execution work
∎ Planning & implementation of the project in accordance with local codes, project specification, and legal requirements
∎ Ensure construction budget, cost analysis & control, Construction quality maintain, prepare constructors bill & prepare MPR
∎ Coordinate with Designers about the different issues for finalizing the drawings
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations
∎ Keep track of inventory tools and equipment
∎ Able to handle workers, explain the work, and get the work done
∎ Coordinate with Client, H.O, and Worker
∎ Report H.O daily, weekly, and Monthly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years of working experience specializing in pre-fabricated steel building.
∎ Must be Good Computer Skill.
