Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architect or Diploma in Architect any reputed University/ Institute.
Job Context:
∎ Well Reputed Pre-Fabricated Steel Building Company.
∎ We are looking for an Architect with expertise interior projects and a 3d visualize with experience in 3d modeling and rendering.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare architectural 2D & 3D design of all of present and proposed projects of the company by using Auto CAD, Sketch up,
∎ 3D Studio Max, Photoshop as per the Instruction of the Direction.
∎ To assist the team to prepare other designs like residential, commercial and industrial building assigned to the company.
∎ To prepare working drawing of both interior projects and construction projects.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years experience in the relevant field
∎ Must have Sound Knowledge in contemporary building Design & Drawing.
∎ Must have knowledge in calculating FAR.
∎ Must be well conversant in using Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and other updated software.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in interior decorations.
∎ Should have good sense to understand aesthetic beauty.
∎ The applicants should have working experience in any Architectural consulting firm, Interior Design Firm and real estate developer.
∎ Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to discharge the responsibility within deadline
∎ Asset by the team leader.
