Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor construction work as per approved drawing.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule along with maintaining quality of work.
∎ Able to manage and actively participate in the comprehensive project management related work.
∎ Supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete and endorse the requisite data in the site order book.
∎ Should be able to supervise the finishing works as per standard & quality.
∎ Should be able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with the project in-charge.
∎ Raising material requisition slips, which is prepared by the site team and thereafter forward it to HO, for procurement.
∎ Must have good understanding in work place/ construction safety and security Issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Those who have applied before, need not to apply again.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Building Construction, Heavy Industrial Constructions etc.
∎ The applicant shall be given additional preference, if he is having working experience abroad.
∎ Understanding construction technology is necessary.
