Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect & study drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
∎ Should be able to progress the job as per time schedule along with maintaining the quality of work.
∎ Supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete and endorse the requisite data in the site order book.
∎ Provide daily work program to the contractor.
∎ Follow up contractor's manpower regularly.
∎ Should be able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Should be able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with project in-charge.
∎ Provide daily/weekly work program & progress report to the Project in-Charge.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Prepare daily project progress report and submit it to the sectional in-charge.
∎ Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 (Five) years construction site experience.
